Thursday, launch and pick up our Creran mooring, drive into Oban for supplies, Adam leaves

12.30 Leave mooring, WxS 3, fine, motoring
13.15 Off entrance to Creran, squall approaching, retreat to S. Shian
13.35 pick up mooring at S. Shian, WSW 4(%) showers
21.30 SW 1, more maintenance

Saturday 24th May - South Shian mooring

09.00 NW/N 1/2 showers, remove central roof lining to isolate hatch leak
10.10 Leave mooring to head south, motor sailing
11.10 NW/W 3/4, rain, motor sailing
11.45 Off Oban, rain
12.25 Anchor in Little Horseshoe bay, Kerrera island, sun/rain
13.20 Weigh anchor, motor
13.35 Off south end of Kerrera, motor/sailing
15.15 Anchor at S end of Cuan Sound after passage close by Tarsay Beg Island

13.20 Off Feolin ferry, sailing since turning into Sound of Islay, S 2/3
15.30 Anchor in Loch Tarbert just inside Cumhann Mor, desolate landscape
17.00 ashore for a short walk past fishing pond

14.00 Mist & cloud all morning, SSE 5, Backgammon
15.45 Motor up loch to Cumhamm Beg and wait for tide
17.15 Continue passage slowly into inner loch. borrow local mooring
18.00 Ashore, contact Vic and return to boat

Wednesday ashore for lunch with Vic, S 2, heavy mist
Thursday 06.20 move to middle of loch in order to remain afloat, SSW 4

09.55 Weigh anchor, WSW 3/4, Main + Genoa
12.00 Off Scalasaig harbour, Colonsay, ferry arriving so change plan turn for Kiloran Bay
13.25 Anchor in Kiloran bay, slight swell
18.00 Walk to Scalasaig to buy bread
