10.20 Departing for Fetlar via Outer Skerries, overcast, wind NW 4, 2 reefs and Genoa

12.50 Tie up at small fishing pontoon in Out Skerries (chart problems) - lunch
14.10 Continue towards Fetlar, wind NNW 4, Motor + 2 reefs
16.30 Anchor in Wick of Tresta. log 25.1 miles
Friday 13th - Wick of Tresta, Fetlar
10.20 Ashore for a short walk, wind SE 2, overcast
13.45 Return to boat after coffee ashore with 'locals' from Middlesex.
14.40 Wrigh anchor and head east about for Unst, wind SSE 3, overcast, Motor + 2 reefs
15.20 2 reefs + Genoa
17.25 Sun! Entering Balta sound
18.05 Sun gone, Tie up in harbour (north shore) alongside a local boat. Log 13.8 miles
Saturday 14th - Balta Sound harbour
08.00 Walk to shop for bread (plastic), wind NExE 4, rain
11.00 - 16.30 Remain onboard - raining
19.15 Still raining. Eat at pub again.
Sunday 15th - Balta Sound harbour

18.00 Pick up mooring off small boat marina at Cullivoe

Monday 16th - Cullivoe Harbour, Yell
08.00 Drop mooring and motor out to beat the tide but lost - 2kn. Wind NNE 1,2, Motor
08.50 Wind NNE 2/3, Sun/Clouds, Main + Genoa + Motor. Finally rounded Migga Ness - tide weaker
10.20 Crossing entrance to Yell Sound and Sullem Voe, Motor
13.15 Off Ockran Head
14.00 round Esha Ness, wind ENE 4, 2 reefs + Genoa
15.40 off Muckle Roe entering Swarbacks Minn, Motor
